What should I do if the timer function I set does not work?
- After setting the timings, if the device is powered off and then powered on again, the timings set before will be invalid — you need to set them again with the remote control or by connecting the app.
- If setting the timing to synchronize to the device fails, restart the device, reconnect, and set the timing again.
- The device executes timing based on your phone's system time. If your phone's system time deviates from local time, it may affect timer accuracy.
How to connect Apple Music or other third-party music software?
Connecting to third-party software is not supported for the time being. Most music files from music apps on the market today are encrypted and can only be played inside their own apps.
How do I add music to my app?
Android phones: download the music to your phone, and the app will automatically scan and display it. (Some member/premium tracks downloaded inside other music apps are encrypted and cannot be recognized for playback.)
iPhone: music inside the Apple Music app belongs to member content and cannot be played in other apps after download. To add music, you need to import externally downloaded music files to your phone through a computer.
- macOS import: open the Music app on your Mac, connect your phone via cable. Once connected, your phone appears in the device list. Select it, open Sync settings, choose Music, check Sync Music, and click Sync.
- Windows import: download and install iTunes (Windows version) from Apple's official site. Connect your phone via cable. In iTunes, open File → Add File to Library and import the music. Click Music in the left sidebar to see the imported tracks, then click the ··· icon next to a track, choose Add to Device, and select your phone.
What should I do if the ambient light color is not right?
Tap the Edit button in the upper-right corner of the color palette page, then open Wires Order. There are six different R/G/B permutations — choose a different one and return to the palette. Tap the red, green and blue squares to verify the device shows the correct colors. If it still doesn't match, go back to Wires Order and try another arrangement, until the RGB squares match the device's actual output.
What if my lighting rig doesn't light up?
Please troubleshoot in this order:
- Make sure the cables and plugs are not damaged or pinched.
- Make sure the unit is powered on and the power plug is not loose.
- Make sure the ambient light's power cord is connected to the unit and is not loose.
- If the ambient light was installed improperly — twisted cables, pressure, etc. — it may have caused damage to the light.
- Prolonged use generates heat. If heat dissipation is poor, overheating may damage the lamp beads. Please follow the relevant safety procedures.
What should I do if there is no response when switching colors and lighting modes?
Please troubleshoot in this order:
- Check the device connection status first.
- Restart the device and use the remote control — confirm whether there is any response.
- Restart both the device and your phone, then reconnect and try again.
