Lighting parameters set in the app are surprisingly lost after re-entering the app?
The app does not support saving lighting parameters at the moment.
What are the default settings for RGB Wires Order?
This varies by device. Please refer to your device manual.
After updating the app, my phone can't install and use it?
- Uninstall and reinstall: manually uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
- Reboot your phone: try rebooting your phone, then reinstall.
How do I turn off or replace the boot animation?
This varies by device. Please refer to the device manual to see whether it is supported.
Is the app constantly crashing?
If an update causes a crash or abnormal bugs on some models, please let us know via the app settings [User Feedback] or at the bottom of the FAQ homepage.
Why isn't there a language for my country?
We currently support Chinese, English, German, Korean, Japanese, Italian, French, Polish, Spanish and other languages, and we are working to expand our language options. The default is Follow system.
How to restore APP factory settings?
Please uninstall and reinstall the app.
How do I update my application version?
Keep your apps up to date by searching the app name in Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and updating from there.
